I stayed in a Classic Double Room for one night. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which made for a pleasant experience. the room was quite small, and I experienced some noise disturbances from the street outside, which affected my sleep somewhat. It’s suitable for short stays where you’re out exploring most of the day.

Convenient city center location with easy access to dining.
The bathroom was in desperate need of some attention, with cracks and poor fitting.

well-maintained public areas, affordable parking arrangements, proximity to public transport
No air conditioning in rooms!!! Noise from outside and hallways is intrusive at night!!! Rooms feel dated with cramped layouts. Inadequate storage and insufficient room lighting to make stays comfortable!!!

We loved the Mercure in Glasgow! Perfectly located for exploring the city, it was ideal for our family trip with our pets. The rooms were clean and cozy. The kids enjoyed the excellent vegan breakfast, a rare find for a hotel!
My kids wished there was a dedicated play area or activities to keep them entertained while we relaxed. A little more family-friendly amenities would go a long way.

Had a lovely stay for 3 nights in a Classic Twin Room where the bed was super comfy and the shower was powerful. I enjoyed relaxing in the lounge area and catching up on shows with the large TV. The only downside was that the bathroom could use a little freshening up, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

The Classic Double Room was decent but a bit smaller than expected. It was comfortable enough, and the bathroom had good amenities. The complimentary hand/bath washes were a nice touch. I loved that it was quiet at night, which helped with sleep. A small fridge would’ve been perfect, but I could ask the staff to store items if needed. it met my basic needs.
